CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

Pomsky Queensland policy on refunds for our puppies are non refundable once the puppy is in your possession/to and from the airport/flights to our customers.

If for any reason the pup has health problems in our possession or puppy passes away we will refund your money in full, deposits included. If another puppy is available from the same litter we can offer you another puppy to the same value.

If you have put a deposit down to lock in a pup this deposit is non refundable, once full payment is taken by the 6th week of the puppy being born the puppy then will be in the owners name and this payment will not be cancelled or refunded by the owner.

Full payment under only the circumstances listed above is refundable. 

All other circumstances Pomsky Queensland will not be held liable for flight risks and travel to and from the airport.

Pomsky Queensland will also not be accountable once the pup is in the owner’s possession. 

So no refund and cancellations will be inherited by Pomsky Queensland with any other reasons than that’s stated in our policy.
